Company: Novo Insurance Broking Services Location: Hyderabad Level: Assistant General Manager Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance claims Role Overview NOVO is looking for an experienced AGM – Non-EB Claims to manage corporate non-employee-benefit claims, including property, fire, marine, engineering, and liability claims. The role involves end-to-end claims management, insurer coordination, and timely settlement. Key Responsibilities Manage non-EB claims from notification through settlement. Handle property, fire, marine, engineering, liability, and related claims. Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, and internal teams. Review claim documents, assess coverage, and track pending requirements. Negotiate with stakeholders to support fair and timely settlements. Maintain accurate claim records and prepare regular MIS reports. Guide clients on claim procedures and documentation. Ensure compliance with policy terms, regulations, and internal processes. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims , preferably non-EB claims. Strong knowledge of property, engineering, marine and fire claims; experience in other commercial insurance lines is an advantage. Good negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications are preferred.
