Your first job is making his day-to-day work feel seamless. You'll manage his calendar, inbox, and follow-through, get to know his work well enough to communicate on his behalf, and start anticipating what he needs before he has to ask. As you build that trust, this role grows into more: team operations and building the AI-powered systems that make the whole team faster.What You'll Own (Day One)Manage email, calendar, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracksDraft and send communication on his behalf, in his voicePrepare him for meetings, calls, and events with the right contextOwn his task list, anticipate what's next, and clear blockers before they become problemsHandle sensitive business and personal information with complete discretionTeam & Office Logistics (Day One)Coordinate logistics for events hosting or attending: venue, catering, timing, who's showing upPrep and organize internal team meetings so Josh walks in readyHandle the basic office and vendor logistics that otherwise default to Josh: supplies, tech issues, scheduling repairsWhat You'll Grow IntoBroader team operations and vendor relationship ownershipBuilding AI-powered workflows and templatesGet licensed as a real estate agent (we'll support this) so you can occasionally step in and support Josh at client appointments — this is not a sales roleA genuine growth path as the team scalesWhat We're Looking ForBoston-based and ready to be in-person, with occasional flexibilityGenuinely excited about using AI tools like Claude to work faster, not just curious about themProactive — you find the problem and solve it before being askedOrganized, discreet, and great at follow-throughMultitasking and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environmentEnergized by the idea of becoming someone's true right hand over timeExperience supporting a founder, principal, or executive is a plus, not a requirementWhat We Offer$70,000 - $100,000 based on experience — room to grow beyond that for the right person401(k) with 4% employer match, PTOA front-row seat to how a top real estate team actually runsReal investment in your AI skills, including dedicated Claude trainingAbout JoshJosh Muncey has been a real estate agent in Boston for over 20 years.
