Work Locations: Bangalore & Pune

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night shifts mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Any Graduate

✅ Minimum 15 years of full-time education

✅ Postgraduates are NOT eligible

✅ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

✅ Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mysore for 2 months mandatory training

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

Role Responsibilities

✔️ Handle customer queries through voice support

✔️ Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions

✔️ Deliver excellent customer experience with professionalism and empathy

✔️ Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

✔️ Collaborate with team members and follow process guidelines

Compensation

Bangalore: ₹2.75 LPA

Pune: ₹2.5 LPA
