We are recruiting for a commercially driven Sales Director to lead growth across a retail-focused business, developing major customer relationships, building new opportunities and helping shape the next phase of commercial growth. This is a senior role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a genuine appetite for winning business. The Role Lead commercial strategy across key retail markets Develop and grow major customer relationships Identify and convert new business opportunities Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline Lead commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers Develop account-growth strategies across existing customers Work closely with operational, production and commercial teams Analyse market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities Provide accurate forecasting and commercial reporting Lead, coach and develop the sales function Support pricing, margin and commercial decision-making What We’re Looking For Significant senior sales or commercial leadership experience Strong track record of winning and growing major accounts Experience selling into retail or closely related markets Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills Commercially astute with strong understanding of margin and profitability Proven leadership capability Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on Strong communication and presentation skills This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader looking for real ownership and influence within a growing business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
