Job Description:

• Supervise BTG and BOP plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance
• Monitor plant parameters through DCS, coordinate with field teams, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Execute plant startups, shutdowns, and emergency procedures in compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Maintain shift logs and operational reports while supporting performance monitoring and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 4–6 years’ experience in power plant operations and hands-on exposure to Boiler, Turbine & Generator (BTG) and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems
• Strong troubleshooting, communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an operational environment
