Are you passionate about sales, communication, and helping people achieve better health?

Flexcellence* is looking for a driven and enthusiastic *Sales Coach to join our growing team.

*What you'll do:*

* Guide potential clients through our fitness and wellness programs.

* Understand customer goals and recommend the right solutions.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into happy clients.

* Build long-term relationships with customers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for:

✅ Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu/Hindi preferred)

✅ Sales experience is a plus (fitness, wellness, healthcare, or EdTech preferred)

✅ Self-motivated with a growth mindset

✅ Passion for health and fitness
