Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Senior Delinea Platform Support Engineer to join our consulting practice and support a leading financial services organisation.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a business-critical Delinea Privileged Access Management platform. You'll serve as a senior member of the PAM support function, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the privileged access service.
Working alongside PAM Engineers, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams, you will play a key role in incident resolution, root cause analysis, platform enhancements, and operational support activities.
The RoleAs a Senior Delinea Platform Support Engineer, you will provide senior-level L2 platform support across the Delinea estate, acting as an escalation point for technical issues and helping drive service excellence across the PAM function.We're looking for someone who can independently investigate issues, determine the scope and impact, resolve problems where possible, and engage the appropriate engineering teams when escalation is required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior-level support for the Delinea PAM platform and associated privileged access services.Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, incidents, and service requests.Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.Support privileged account onboarding, vault administration, credential management, and access requests.Troubleshoot issues relating to:Credential VaultsPassword RotationPrivileged Account ManagementSession BrokeringSession RecordingRemote Access and Privileged SessionsInvestigate incidents to determine root cause and assess whether issues are isolated or indicative of wider platform concerns.Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Support incident, problem, and change management activities.Gather technical and business requirements relating to PAM service requests and platform enhancements.Work closely with PAM Engineering teams on upgrades, integrations, platform enhancements, and defect resolution.Monitor overall platform health, performance, and availability.Maintain operational procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles.Identify service improvement opportunities that enhance platform stability, support efficiency, and user experience.Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices.Required ExperienceStrong hands-on experience supporting Delinea Secret Server in a production enterprise environment.Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and technologies.Proven experience supporting:Password VaultingCredential ManagementPassword RotationSession ManagementSession BrokeringSession RecordingPrivileged Account OnboardingExperience operating within an L2/L3 support function.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across complex PAM environments.Experience investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and driving resolution.Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.Experience collaborating with PAM Engineering and Infrastructure teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xzbcwsv Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers.
