Designation: Financial Reporting (Record-to-Report (R2R) ) - AM/DM-CA Location: Mumbai Experience : 3 Years Salary: upto 25 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial statement preparation, management reporting, statutory compliance, and financial analysis, along with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: ∙Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. ∙Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and regulatory requirements. ∙Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and business performance analysis. ∙Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. ∙Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. ∙Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders during audits. ∙Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. ∙Drive reporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements. ∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Candidate Profile: ∙Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). ∙4 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Management Reporting. ∙Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and reporting frameworks. ∙Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. ∙Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
