Role: Personal Banker (Evergreen)- UK-based MNC Function: Customer Support / Customer Service Locations: Pune / Gurgaon (GGN) Experience: 2 years Interview: F2F – 5th September Key Requirements Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory. Excellent communication skills – No compromise. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support. Strong ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis. Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments . Willingness to work in flexible shifts , including rotational shifts. Strong adaptability and learning mindset .
