Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Solution Designer with strong expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) within Telecom BSS environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom product catalog design, pricing management, quote-to-order processes, and product lifecycle management for both B2 B and B2 C customer journeys , particularly in Fiber and Postpaid telecom domains.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Management (ESM)
Design and implement Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) solutions.
Configure and manage quoting workflows.
Design sales agreement lifecycle processes.
Define commercial hierarchies and pricing structures.
Implement Quote-to-Order integration flows.
Support enterprise B2 B and retail B2 C sales processes.
Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
Configure and manage Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).
Design simple, bundled, and complex telecom product offerings.
Manage product attributes, categories, and relationships.
Configure offers, bundles, dependencies, and cardinality rules.
Design pricing models, recurring charges, promotions, and discounts.
Configure decomposition rules and product-to-service mappings.
Manage catalog governance, versioning, and product lifecycle processes.
Integration & Collaboration
Align product catalog design with CPQ solutions.
Integrate with Order Management and Fulfillment platforms.
Collaborate with Product Teams, Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and Fulfillment Teams.
Support product onboarding and lifecycle management initiatives.
