Strategic Sourcing Manager | ProcurementWe’re looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across defined categories and sub-categories. If you have 10+ years of procurement or purchasing experience with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP execution, supplier management, and cost analysis, this is an excellent opportunity to drive category strategy and partner with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:Develop and implement category and sub-category sourcing strategies and pipelinesPartner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and sourcing needsLead RFQ/RFP processes, purchase order management, cost analysis, and supplier negotiationsManage strategic supplier relationships and identify potential new partnersSupport business projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and procurement risks are effectively managedServe as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practicesMonitor sourcing compliance and provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholdersUse Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and sourcing insights
What You Bring:10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcingStrong experience with RFQ/RFP execution, purchase orders, and cost analysisSolid understanding of procurement, sourcing techniques, and supply chain managementStrong Excel, Word, and Power BI skillsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Location: La Porte, IN (United States) Pay: $63 – $66 per hour
