Vice President, Regional Builder Manager (Northern California)

The Vice President, Regional Builder Manager (RBM) is responsible for driving residential purchase mortgage growth through the development, management, and expansion of strategic builder and developer relationships across an assigned region. This role serves as the business development leader for the Condo Builder lending channel in its designated region, partnering with home builders, developers, sales leadership to increase mortgage capture rates, enhance customer experience, and expand market share. The RBM is accountable for executing regional growth strategies, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of mortgage solutions within builder communities. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of residential mortgage lending, the new co
