The position:Build and shape the training programme: Take ownership of developing and delivering practical CO₂ (R744) training, from foundation to advanced level, shaping the new facility and influencing how the next generation of refrigeration professionals develop their skills.Make a lasting impact: Improve troubleshooting, commissioning and safety standards, helping raise technical performance across the business and seeing the results of your work.Technical variety: Work across commissioning, troubleshooting and complex CO₂ refrigeration challenges, keeping your role hands-on and varied beyond the training facility.
The CandidateStrong refrigeration background: Solid hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration, ideally with 5+ years in the industry.CO₂ expertise: Experience commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting transcritical CO₂ (R744) systems.Strong problem-solving skills: Confident diagnosing complex refrigeration and controls issues.A passion for developing others: Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting other engineers, whether formally or on the job.Clear communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts in a practical, easy-to-understand way.Comfortable with technology: Confident using digital tools to create, share and deliver training materials.
