We're Hiring: Site Project Manager (GIS & Drone Survey Operations)

Are you someone who can seamlessly manage clients, field survey operations, GIS workflows, and project execution—all while ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time project completion?

We're looking for a Site Project Manager to lead drone-based surveying and geospatial projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.

Location: Multiple Project Sites Across India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal teams

Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to ensure timely project execution

Manage client communication, project updates, escalations, and stakeholder expectations

Lead drone survey operations, baseline surveys, stockyard mapping, and stockpile boundary creation

Supervise DGPS/GNSS surveys, Ground Control Point (GCP) establishment, and coordinate system management

Ensure survey quality, spatial accuracy, and compliance with project standards

Process and validate geospatial outputs including:

• Orthomosaic

• DEM/DTM

• Point Clouds

• Stockpile Boundaries

Perform volumetric analysis, stockpile calculations, change detection, and movement analysis

Conduct QA/QC of geospatial deliverables, RMSE validation, and volume reconciliation

Generate survey reports, maps, GIS deliverables, and project documentation

Coordinate drone pilots, survey teams, and technical resources to ensure operational efficiency

Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
