Hiring | Vice President – B2 B Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President – B2 B Sales & Business Development to lead our sales, business development, and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2 B sales leadership, business expansion, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and managing large sales teams of 100+ members across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2 B sales & business growth strategies

• Drive revenue, profitability, market expansion, and new business opportunities

• Lead and mentor large sales teams (100+ members) across multiple locations

• Build strong relationships with CXOs, key accounts, channel partners, government bodies, and strategic stakeholders

• Identify new domestic and international business opportunities

• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, bids, and contract closures

• Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, business plans, and market penetration initiatives

• Drive strategic partnerships and strengthen customer relationships

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage

We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience in B2 B Sales / Business Development / Sales Leadership

Proven experience managing 100+ member sales teams

Experience handling multi-location sales operations

Strong track record of achieving aggressive revenue and growth targets

Excellent leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills

Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities

Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international markets
