Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for a Professor/Head in the MBA Department. The role involves leading the MBA department academically and administratively, including curriculum planning, course delivery, and quality assurance. Daily responsibilities include teaching postgraduate management courses, mentoring students, supervising research projects, and fostering industry engagement. The Professor/Head will coordinate faculty members, support accreditation and regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic initiatives for departmental growth. The role also includes participation in academic committees, organizing seminars and workshops, and promoting a collaborative, inclusive learning environment.

• Relevant doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
