Associate - Corporate Restructuring

b Overview /b p In this role you will support a leading international law firm’s Corporate Restructuring practice in London. You will advise on cross-border restructurings, insolvency processes, and special situations, working with boards, sponsors and creditors across multiple jurisdictions. You will draft and negotiate critical restructuring documents and help shape strategies for challenging distressed scenarios.
