This incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the organisation’s Data & AI-led solutioning agenda.

This is a leadership role at the intersection of Business, Data Science, AI/ML and Technology — driving strategic initiatives from identifying opportunities and solution design through to execution and deployment.

What you’ll lead:

• Build and drive the Data & AI practice and its strategic direction

• Identify high-impact, high-ROI AI/ML opportunities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Credit & Technology

• Lead complex ML, Deep Learning and Generative AI initiatives

• Build, mentor and grow a high-performing Data Science team

• Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions
