Molding Technician I

Key Responsibilities Dismantle, clean, assemble, and set up molding tools for production Perform mold changes and prepare machines for production runs Troubleshoot basic molding and equipment issues; escalate complex issues as needed Monitor cycle times, injection intervals, and part quality Support operators with process-related questions Maintain mold cleanliness and readiness for production Collaborate with production and mold maintenance teams to minimize downtime Support production across multiple molding machines as directed, prioritizing tasks based on production needs May perform or assist in end-to-end molding operator and changeover technician duties as needed to support production continuity and meet business demands Provide basic training and guidance to operators, interns, and
