Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project serving data centre load. As Document Control Specialist you keep the document trail clean: every drawing, submittal and transmittal, tracked, current and findable when it matters.

What you get to do:

• Process incoming and outgoing documents and transmittals.
• Own the document register and revision control.
• Track contractor submittals and review turnaround.
• Administer document management system access and workflows.
• Maintain the project filing structure.

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years in document control on large capital projects.
• Strong command of electronic document management systems.
• Demonstrated meticulousness on revision control and audit trail.
• Hands‑on experience with engineering document workflows.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
• Technical qualification, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
