PCBA Lead Location: Hyderabad /Chennai. Experience:12+ Years Required Technical Skill Set:

Team Lead ,PCBA design, ECAD model creation, Client Coordinator, Siemens Xpedition Must have: Minimum

12+ years of experience

in

PCBA design

and

ECAD model creation . At least

6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role . Strong technical expertise with excellent

communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills . Proven ability to

mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams , ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution. Capable of managing

multiple projects simultaneously , working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Experience in developing and implementing

process-oriented design workflows

and engineering best practices. Demonstrated experience working with

global customers , understanding business and technical challenges, and delivering innovative, industry-standard solutions. Hands-on expertise in

Siemens Xpedition EDM tools

for: PCB Design Library Management ECAD Data Management Experience in the

Oil & Gas Upstream industry

is highly desirable. Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.
