Job Description Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders. Manage inspections, punch-list activities, and project closeout. Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects . Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Data Centers Federal Construction Light Industrial Facilities Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
