The team oversees corporate governance, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations and facilitating effective board and shareholder engagements. The team proactively manages compliance across multiple regulated sectors, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.

About the Role

As a member of our Compliance team, you will ensure our NBFC/LSP operations align seamlessly with evolving regulatory frameworks, particularly RBI guidelines. This role offers direct, hands-on exposure to the fast-paced digital lending ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end compliance for lending partnerships, digital platforms, and innovative financial products like Credit Line on UPI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help embed robust KYC governance, execute third-party due diligence, and support strategic initiatives that protect the business while enabling sustainable growth.

What We Expect From You

• Drive end-to-end regulatory compliance for NBFC and Lending Service Provider (LSP) operations in strict adherence to RBI guidelines.
• Advise on due diligence for third-party onboarding, ensuring vendors meet all regulatory and internal risk standards.
• Monitor, review, and enforce KYC governance frameworks and operational norms across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure Digital Lending Apps (DLA) compliance focusing on data privacy, consent architecture, and customer protection.
• Oversee and execute compliance workflows tailored to emerging products, specifically Credit Line on UPI.
• Manage operational compliance for co-lending arrangements and strategic corporate partnerships.
• Actively support the senior compliance team in executing ad-hoc strategic initiatives, internal audits, and regulatory reporting.

Must Haves

Education & Experience

• B.Com, CA, CS, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field..
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Freshers with relevant internships in financial services, audit, or regulatory compliance are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient in data validation, reconciliation , and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with reporting/visualization tools .
• Clear and effective communication of complex regulatory concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives .
• Excellent organizational skills ; ability to manage multiple priorities .
