TEACHER (Early / Primary Years)

ELIGIBILITY, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, English, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or a relevant discipline.

Professional qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or Primary Education will be an added advantage.

IELTS Band 6–7 or British Council Aptis Qualified.

Strong command of spoken and written English. A+ or A in O/A Level will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

Demonstrated teaching experience in a reputable private school of Islamabad; preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in well-established school systems and experience delivering high standards of teaching and learning.

Experience in early years or primary education, with sound understanding of child development and age-appropriate methodologies.

Experience in lesson planning, student assessment, classroom management, and parent-teacher communication.

CORE COMPETENCIES

Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and differentiated lessons.

Strong command of modern pedagogical practices, including activity-based, inquiry-based, and experiential learning practices.

Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching, digital learning tools, and student progress documentation.

Ability to identify individual learning needs and support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Professional conduct, initiative, teamwork, and commitment to continuous professional development.

Willingness to contribute to co-curricular activities, school events, and institutional development initiatives.
