Bicester, Oxfordshire, £13.21 per hour, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm Opportunity
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 .
This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.
The Role
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the 14:00 - 22:00 PM shift . You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the site
Supplying production areas with materials as required
Booking stock into designated locations
Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
Completing stock movements and inventory tasks
Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as required
Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting defects
Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Good communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team xrexnqw
A reliable and flexible approach to work
Pay & Benefits £13.21 per hour
Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00 PM shift

Weekly pay whilst temporary
