Stock AssistantYou will be a Stock Assistant for our team in Chelmsford, MA, supporting our microelectronics operations. What You Will Be Doing As a Stock Assistant in Chelmsford, your primary responsibilities will include:Prepare assembly kits for issue to the manufacturing floor in a manner which meets established standards of quality and scheduleWork from pre-printed kit sheets and layout diagrams, in order to efficiently kit materials from stockroom inventoryVerify SAP system/Warehouse Mgt System vs. physical inventory, identify anomalies, and initiate corrective actions in accordance with established proceduresAccurately perform daily cycle counts on existing inventory and ensure parts are properly packed and correctly labeledRequires knowledge of warehousing and stockroom practices, such as receiving, stocking, and issuing materialsGeneral requirements of this position include:Handling/Packaging small parts utilizing tweezers, vacuum pens, and microscope as neededAbility to accurately perform basic arithmetic calculationsSome historical research and understanding of movements and transactions within SAPPerform general stockroom duties as requiredBasic QualificationsStockroom experience in handling and packaging small partsGood computer skillsGood verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work from and understand work instructions and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a customer service oriented, team environmentMust have the ability to obtain a secret clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenshipAbility to lift up to 35 LbsDesired SkillsExperience in kitting and handling material following established ESD, FIFO, and cleanroom guidelinesMicroscope experience, good math skills, handle/package small partsGood computer skills utilizing standard receiving, issuing, and transfer transactions as well as Microsoft Excel, transactions in the Warehouse Management System and OutlookExperience with Word and Powerpoint a plusPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $40000.00 - $74400.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
