We are seeking an experienced, Compass Rose-certified consultant to support specialty care management and care navigation initiatives.
The consultant must combine clinical workflow design with hands-on build. They will work with senior clinical and operational stakeholders to define requirements, develop Compass Rose programs, demonstrate proofs of concept and support implementation and go-live.
Responsibilities
• Lead discovery and design discussions with executives, Chief Medical Information Officers, clinical specialists and application teams.• Translate service-line goals into Compass Rose programs and care navigation workflows.• Design and configure program workflows, checklist tasks and care coordination processes.• Connect Compass Rose programs with broader specialty care pathways.• Build and demonstrate proofs of concept, gather feedback and refine the solution.• Carry approved designs through build, testing, implementation and go-live support.• Explain design choices, dependencies and delivery risks clearly.
Required qualifications
• Must have Current Epic Compass Rose certification, with evidence available for verification.• Substantial hands-on Compass Rose program design, configuration and implementation experience.• Experience with episodic care management, care navigation or related clinical workflows.• Ability to lead requirements and design discussions with senior stakeholders.• Ability to personally build and demonstrate the proposed solution.• Implementation and go-live support experience.• Clear communication and the ability to work independently within an established application team.Preferred experience• Specialty care management and multidisciplinary clinical programs.• Cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, urology or radiology workflows.• Translating service-line strategy into application workflows.• Broader Healthy Planet and analytics knowledge. xzbcwsv
