Manage Infrastructure & Cloud Using Azure, Nerdio.
Monitoring & Logging using Splunk and LogicMonitor.
Manage Security & Compliance using Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto Firewall/Panorama, and Cloudflare.
Manage Endpoint & Device Management using patching through Microsoft Intune.
Manage IT Operations & Service Management using PagerDuty and Freshservice.
Manage Automation & Deployments using Azure DevOps and Shell Scripting.
Key Skills:
Windows Server Administration (2012/2022)
Active Directory & Group Policy Management
