About the Role

Ahura Workforce Solutions is looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of enterprise clients, proven experience in acquiring and managing staffing business, and the ability to drive revenue growth across IT and non-IT staffing services.

This role requires a seasoned professional who understands the dynamics of the staffing industry, client acquisition, contract staffing, permanent hiring, managed services, and workforce transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition for staffing and workforce solutions services across target industries.

Generate staffing mandates for:

Permanent Hiring

Contract Staffing

RPO/MSP engagements

Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, and staffing contracts.

Maintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends, competition, and client requirements.

Representing the company in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Business Development within the Staffing / Recruitment / Workforce Solutions industry.
