£72,000 | 4-Day Week | 24-Hour Hospital | Full-Time
Looking for a Veterinary Surgeon role where clinical interests can genuinely grow?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established 24-hour veterinary hospital with advanced facilities, an experienced team and a varied medical caseload.
Whether the goal is to develop further in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging or Neurology, this role offers the support, equipment and career development to make it happen.

The Opportunity
Following an internal move, the hospital is looking for a MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon to join its supportive clinical team.
The purpose-built hospital provides excellent facilities including full-body CT, digital radiography, ultrasound and in-house diagnostics, alongside three consulting rooms and two dedicated theatres.
The role offers a varied and interesting caseload with genuine scope to build clinical expertise in a chosen area, supported by experienced colleagues, internal CPD and access to the wider 24-hour hospital team.
What’s Involved
The Veterinary Surgeon will:
Deliver high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
Manage a varied medical caseload
Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Share knowledge and contribute to team development
Build clinical interests in medicine, cardiology, imaging or neurology
The Rota
40 hours across 4 days, with a 1 in 6 full weekend rota. Part-time and flexible options are available for the right candidate.
