We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer with 510 years of experience to work on diverse water resources and transportation projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical work on water resources projects.
• Develop designs, studies, calculations, and reports.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Participate in presentations and public meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 510 years of professional experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with water resources engineering, including MS4, TMDL, bridge hydraulics, floodplain modeling, or transportation-related design .
• Maryland SHA and local county experience preferred.
• Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
