Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals as designed by the BCBA.- Conduct behavior assessments and collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions using behavioral therapy techniques.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.- Assist in developing and implementing behavior management strategies.- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behavior interventions.Competitive salary with PTO.
