Role Description This is a full-time, role for an Architect and Interior Designer at our studio located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing concept designs and detailed drawings for interior and architectural projects, including space planning, material selection, and finishes. The Architect and Interior Designer will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, prepare presentations and design proposals, working drawings, 3d views, etc and also visit the sites as a part of their job.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
• Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, timeline management, and overseeing on-site execution.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Integration of design elements, ensuring cohesive coordination between architecture, interiors, and building services.
• Candidates should possess competence with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, allied rendering softwares and basic AI rendering prompts).
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong visual, technical drawing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new design ideas and concepts. Liking for travel and exploration.
• Ability to commute daily to the studio at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, collaborate within a small team, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors. Candidates within a commutable distance to Vashi will be preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality (hotel) design and/or retail design projects is an advantage.
