Job Description
CLIENT: Global player in energy efficient HVAC/Air cooling technology with product range comprising Liquid Cooling, Precision AC, FWU, CRAC/CRAH, HVAC System, Data Center and Clean Room Cooling Technology.
Role Purpose
Lead national & overseas HVAC projects for large/hyperscale data centers > 20 MW including coordination with general contractor on electrical & project electrical, control documentation activity within the cost, time and specification.
KEY DRIVE RS : Drive 100% cooling and drive Multi-MW data center,hyperscale. Co Lo projects comprising electrical, Io T devices, mechanical cooling,networking, and CRAC/CRAH systems. Prepare Prepare Plan/ schedule project in terms of Material and Manpower management. Project Progress report for Management review meeting, Customer Interaction, Project Scheduling and Project Tracking. Hold Kick off meeting with customer (Sales + Project + Service). Conduct Design review meetings with Customer and Consultant, Project Management, Team building and Vendor Management. Manage vendor contracts, risk assessments, and commissioning of PDUs, UPS, and precision cooling infrastruc ture.
DESIRED IN CUMBENT
Accomplished and results-oriented HVAC Project specialist having completed GCC Data Center Projects with knowledge about AHU, FWU, Fresh Air Units (FAHU/FWU), Fan Wall & CRAH, HVAC systems, and Data Center (DC) cooling applications. Chiller , Pump etc. Strong technical background – Especially MEP and HVAC works. Developed cost estimates and manage project budgets; ensured compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
