Location: Ghaziabad / Noida / Gurugram | Onsite

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 3rd Saturday Off

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Article Intern – Internal Auditing to be a part of our Internal Audit team. The role offers hands-on exposure to internal audit engagements, business processes and accounting practices across client organizations, working closely with senior team members to build a strong foundation in audit, risk and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the audit team in planning and executing internal audit assignments across finance, operations and compliance functions.
• Support in understanding and documenting client business processes and workflows.
• Help perform testing of internal controls, transactions and records under the guidance of seniors.
• Assist in identifying gaps, deviations and observations during audit fieldwork.
• Support preparation of audit working papers, checklists and documentation as per audit methodology.
• Assist in compiling data, evidence and information required for audit testing and reporting.
• Support seniors in drafting audit observations, summaries and reports.
• Coordinate with client-side teams, under supervision, for collection of information and clarifications.
• Learn and apply accounting, finance and audit concepts in real client engagements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client business and financial information.

Skills & Work Profile

• Good foundational knowledge of Accounting & Finance concepts.
• Willingness to learn internal audit concepts, internal controls and risk & compliance frameworks.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Good analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team.

Education & Experience

• CA Article / Pursuing CA / CA Foundation Cleared.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior work experience required.
• Strong academic understanding of Accounting & Finance will be an added advantage.
