We at Coforge are looking for Service Now Engagement Managers with Following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or Service Now engagements.
Proven experience leading medium-to-large Service Now implementation and managed services engagements.
Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.
Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Service Now CSA certification desirable.
Service Now CIS certifications are an added advantage.
