We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead venue sales, sponsorships and business development for IFBE, driving revenue through venue rentals, strategic partnerships and sponsorship acquisition.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri West, Mumbai, reporting to the Program Director. The Senior Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for venue rentals and sponsorships, from prospecting to closing, while building long-term relationships with corporates, event agencies, luxury brands and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive venue rental sales and achieve revenue targets Generate sponsorships for IFBE events and initiatives Build relationships with corporates, event agencies, luxury brands and institutional clients Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close sales Lead client conversations, presentations and follow-ups end-to-end Collaborate with internal creative, content, events and operations teams to support pitches and deliverables Track opportunities, manage targets and report on pipeline and revenue growth Work closely with the Program Director to execute the venue's overall revenue strategy

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in venue sales, sponsorship sales, or business development Proven track record of closing high-value deals (venue rentals, sponsorships, or partnerships) Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers A strategic, revenue-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through MBA in Marketing preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

Luxury hospitality, premium event venues, or cultural institutions Venue rentals / venue sales Sponsorship sales for events Business development and client relationship management Concept selling

Compensation

As per market standards, commensurate with experience.

Other Details

Working days: 6 days/week Timing: 8:30 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM (Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM) Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Comfortable with weekend and flexible-hour work as required by the events calendar
