The company collaborates with researchers from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard Business School, ensuring a strong foundation in research, innovation, and scalable solutions for pediatric care.<br /><strong>Role Description </strong> This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, and develop individualized therapy plans to support daily living skills, academic participation, and social engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including pediatricians, psychologists, educators, and families, to ensure integrated care. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to parent education, caregiver training, and program development aligned with FyndHealth’s holistic pediatric care model.<br /><strong>Qualifications<br /></strong> <ul><li>Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring. </li><li>Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare setting. </li><li>Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to children, caregivers, and colleagues. </li><li>Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) from a recognized institution. </li><li>Licensure or registration as required by local regulations, along with adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice. </li><li>Experience working with children in clinical, school, or community settings, preferably in pediatric developmental or rehabilitation services. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage time effectively in a busy on-site environment. </li><li>Openness to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and participation in training or research-related initiatives. </li> </ul>
