What the job looks like- Plan and run paid search and paid social across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn- Own the monthly budget and move money to what's working- Set up conversion tracking right: GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversions where it matters- Test creative and copy on a schedule, and keep a record of what won- Report weekly in plain numbers: spend, cost per lead, return- Handle programmatic or media planning where the employer needs it
