Ensure adherence to work permits / Job Safety by generating awareness & training & adherence of PPE. Adherence to Environmental Standards & initiate measures for recycling. Reviewing the production plan for both mainlines, Rigid Pipe Section Line. Production and process control of glass wool insulation products. Batching, Melting, Fiberizing and forming, curing and other cold end operations. Off-line glasswool pipes and flexible ducts production. Ensure & Control Production Plan as per SAP. Develop & monitor Dashboard to track KPI Delivered variable and fixed cost for the plant as per the budget.
