Product Designer (UI/UX)

Design interfaces for AI-era products, from first wireframe to the states nobody remembers to draw.

Most of the work is not the happy path. It is the empty state, the loading state, the error the model returns when it is unsure. If you enjoy designing those, you will enjoy this.

What you will do

• Design product interfaces end to end: flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens
• Design the unglamorous states - empty, loading, error, partial, too much data
• Work in the same system the engineers build in, so a handover is not a translation
• Sit in on client calls and hear the problem first-hand

What we are looking for

• A portfolio of shipped product work, not only concepts
• Fluency in Figma and the discipline to keep a system consistent
• Understanding of what is cheap and what is expensive to build
• Able to explain a decision without reaching for the word "clean"

How we work

Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.

We reply to every application, including the ones we turn down. If we are not hiring for this exact role when you apply, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
