This permanent, onsite role offers meaningful influence and development in a fast-paced FMCG environment.What you'll be doingPartner with senior leaders on people's priorities and change.Lead ER activity, guiding HR Advisors on grievances, disciplinaries and performance.Drive absence management and help managers improve attendance.Build trust with employees, managers, and union representativesWhat we are looking forHR generalist experience, with strong ER and absence of management expertise.Manufacturing, food or FMCG industry experience.Knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in handling complex cases.Experience guiding HR Advisors and partnering at all levels.Strong communication, organisation and conflict-resolution skills.CIPD Level 3 is desirable.Your Benefits33 Days' Annual Leave, Matched Pension Scheme, 2x Base Salary Life Cover, Sick Pay, Boparan Restaurant Group Discounts, Referral Scheme, Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme, Grocery Aid and Cycle2Work Scheme.
