This is a role for Freshers Only.

Profile will be a combination of :

• New collection development & sampling

• Fashion design

• Social media marketing & content creation

• D2C & marketplace sales and operations

• Production planning

• Vendor management

CTC: ₹3 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong interest in fashion, retail, and women’s western wear, with an eagerness to learn industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and online tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support data-driven decisions in merchandising and operations.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and build a long-term career path within the organization.
