Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their furniture and interior requirements, providing product recommendations, and converting showroom visits into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally engage customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and space requirements.
• Present and explain furniture products, features, materials, finishes, dimensions, and pricing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other appropriate channels.
• Convert walk-in customers and leads into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, delivery, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and price/product information is up to date.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, offers, and company policies.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Follow company sales procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.
