Role Description

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Creative Director who can take ideas from concept and sketching to brand identity, UI/UX, digital experiences, and high-performing campaigns.

You will lead creative direction across agency brands and client accounts, set quality standards, mentor the creative team, work with clients, and remain directly involved in important creative projects.

This is not a purely managerial role. We want someone who can still design, sketch, develop concepts, present ideas, and execute when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts, visual direction, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Develop and direct complete brand identities , including logos, typography, colors, guidelines, and visual systems.
• Lead website/UI/UX design including wireframes, user journeys, responsive interfaces, design systems, and Figma prototypes.
• Develop creative for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital campaigns .
• Direct graphic design, photography, video, motion, illustration, 3D, and AI-assisted creative work.
• Mentor designers, conduct creative reviews, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Present creative concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build efficient creative workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional creative/design experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or leadership role such as Creative Lead, Art Director, Design Director, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, UI/UX, digital design, advertising, and original concept development .
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud .
• Strong client presentation, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to connect creative decisions with business goals, audience behavior, engagement, and conversion .
• Practical familiarity with modern AI‑assisted creative workflows.

Nice to Have:

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Webflow, Framer, Blender/Cinema 4D, motion design, and AI image/video tools.

This Role Is Not for You If

• Your experience is mainly Canva, templates, or production‑only design.
• You rely heavily on stock/template‑based work.
• You cannot explain the strategic reasoning behind your designs.
• You are looking for a purely managerial role and no longer want to stay hands‑on.

Work Arrangement: On‑Site

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Upto USD $3,500/month

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
