About Us:

Jindal Medical Store, established in 1968, is a well-known pharmaceutical company based in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. We are now looking to hire a professional front desk executive with hospitality background who can handle highlevel client interaction similar to 5-star hotel standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and professionally trained Front Desk Executive with experience in hotel management (preferably 4-star or 5-star hotels).

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills (high-level English)

• Strong personality and grooming standards

• Experience in handling international clients and professional front desk operations 

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Handle reception area professionally with 5-star hospitality standards

• Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and international business partners

• Call Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner

• Communication: Handle emails, WhatsApp, and business communication in fluent English

• Coordination: Support internal team and management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups

• Professional Presentation: Maintain high grooming standards similar to luxury hotel front desk 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Front Desk / Reception (Hotel Industry preferred) (5-star hotel experience will be a big advantage)

• Education: Graduate (Hotel Management preferred) 

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience)
