Hiring: Office Coordinator – Payment Gateway / Fintech Location: Kolkatta Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative activities and coordinate with various departments, including Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Technology, and Management. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration and coordination. Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks. Maintain office records, documents, trackers, and reports. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports. Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments. Handle emails, calls, and internal communication. Assist with employee documentation, attendance, and onboarding activities. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and business partners. Support management with reports and administrative requirements. Maintain confidentiality of company and business information. Assist the Payment Gateway Operations team with basic documentation and coordination. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates with experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be preferred. Qualification Graduate in any discipline.
