What you getTop-of-market pay, discussed openly on the first callPaid every weekTime and a half on holidaysShifts of 4 to 6 hours, or full-time hours if you want them, with no 2-hour split shiftsA small caseload, so you know your clients wellMileage reimbursed from the first milePaid training, plus a care team you can reach when you need them
What you’ll doCompanionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and laundryPersonal care such as bathing, dressing and mobility, with dignityRides to appointments and errandsMedication reminders only (non-medical role, no clinical tasks)
What you bringCalifornia Home Care Aide Registry registration, or willingness to complete it before your first shiftLive Scan background check and TB screeningCaregiving experience (family caregiving counts)CPR and First Aid, or willingness to get certifiedA reliable car, a valid license and insurance
