Retail Logistics Coordinator

A leading global apparel and retail organization is seeking a Retail Logistics Coordinator to support its U.S. operations across retail logistics, inventory, transportation, and distribution. This individual will work closely with stores, warehouses, 3PL partners, and internal teams to manage daily operations, analyze performance, and identify process improvements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on logistics experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Support day-to-day retail logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.Monitor inventory and resolve supply chain discrepancies.Manage store deliveries and logistics partner performance.Analyze operational data and KPIs using Excel and other systems.Support import logistics, transportation processes, and 3PL volume forecasting.Identify and implement opportunities to improve service, cost, and operational performance.Collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, and external logistics partners.
Requirements:2+ years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain.Experience with inventory, warehouse, transportation, distribution, or retail logistics.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.Data management experience is highly desirable.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Economics a plus. xzbcwsv Ability to work on-site in Phillipsburg, NJ, Thursday through Monday.
