We are looking for a Registered Nurse experienced in CVICU settings to deliver compassionate, specialized patient care and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a CVICU or similar critical care environment Proficient in managing advanced cardiac devices, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency interventions ACLS and BLS certifications required (additional certifications are a plus) Strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond calmly in high-acuity situations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards Key Responsibilities: Provide direct, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiovascular patients Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, perform thorough patient assessments, and coordinate treatment plans Administer medications, manage IV drips, and operate CVICU equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied health staff, to implement comprehensive care protocols Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care, and recovery expectations Ensure meticulous documentation of patient status, treatments, and responses This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on patients' lives within a supportive and collaborative setting.
